How the affordable golf cart cover was discovered
Back in 2007 I purchased my first golf cart
, a 1997 Club Car. It wasn’t long before I found playing in the rain wasn’t particularly enjoyable, so I started looking for some sort of rain protection for myself and my passengers. As most of you would know, the custom made covers can cost in excess of $600, so I started looking for a more economical solution.
Eventually, due to some connections I had overseas, I was able to purchase my first Affordable Golf Cart Cover. The first time I used it a my home club at Bribie Island, I was inundated with other cart owners wanting to know where they could buy one, so I started importing them a few at a time.
Hundreds have now been sold throughout Australia and although I’m amazed how people have kept my contact details, I decided I should have a website that would offer more information for potential buyers. So, here it is. Hope you find it informative.
I am currently a member of Bribie Island Golf Club where I have been a member for 23 years. Look me up for a game if you are ever up this way.
I also plan to add a few more items to this site as I find other interesting golf products that could be attractive to other golfers.
You are always welcome back to see what’s been added.
Update 13 January 2012
During the past year I have received numerous enquiries for the later models of the Yamaha Golf Carts. The current cover that I’ve been selling fits most models of carts, but Yamaha models after 2003 were too long and high for the cover to fit properly.
AT LAST!! I found covers to fit these models. The cover features are similar to the existing covers I sell, however these new ones are made of a heavier material and have a zip down windscreen for better viewing. These covers will also fit all the Club Cars and E Z Go carts if you require a more durable cover.
